Return and Exchange Policy

At HC Brandwel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team and we will provide you with a return shipping label. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund or send out your exchange item. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale items.
